"Fashion is my silent language. It speaks who I am and how I feel without saying a word."
Yuto's style comes from Tokyo street culture, the energy of Harajuku and Shibuya, where people layer up and aren't afraid to stand out. "It shows I'm not afraid to stand out or be myself."
He doesn't plan outfits around a look. He picks one piece he actually wants to wear that day and builds everything else around it. "I pick one piece I really want to wear and build the whole fit around it." And even when something looks good, if it doesn't feel right he won't wear it. "It's all about the feel. Even if it looks good, if I don't feel like myself, it's not it."
Inspiration comes from everyday life, random people, vintage magazines, music videos, anything that catches his eye.
The pieces that mean something
"Every piece in my closet has a story." His worn out sneakers from his travels mean the most to him, not because of how they look but because of where they've been.
He's really into brands that connect to something deeper than just the look. "I'm really into brands like Onitsuka Tiger. There's culture, story, and pride. It connects to my roots but speaks to the world."
On trends
He knows what's trending but doesn't feel pressure to follow any of it. "If it fits my vibe, I rock it. If not, I pass."
"No loud logos, no forced trends, just something real."
